ITINERARY
Day 01: Munich (Germany)
- Explore the historic city center of Munich, including Marienplatz, the Frauenkirche, and the Viktualienmarkt.
- Visit the Hofbräuhaus for a traditional Bavarian beer and some hearty food.
- Optional: Visit the Nymphenburg Palace, a beautiful Baroque palace on the outskirts of Munich.
Day 02: Salzburg
- Take a train from Munich to Salzburg (2 hours).
- Spend the day exploring Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart and a beautiful city on the banks of the Salzach River.
- Visit the Hohensalzburg Fortress, the Mirabell Palace and Gardens, and the Salzburg Cathedral.
Day 03: Vienna
- Take a train from Salzburg to Vienna (2.5 hours).
- Spend the day exploring Vienna, the elegant capital of Austria.
- Visit the Hofburg Palace, the Schönbrunn Palace, and the St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
- Optional: Attend a classical music concert in the evening.
Day 04: Bratislava
- Take a train or boat from Vienna to Bratislava (1 hour).
- Spend the day exploring the charming capital of Slovakia.
- Visit Bratislava Castle, the Old Town, and the St. Martin’s Cathedral.
- Optional: Take a tour of Devin Castle, a medieval castle on the outskirts of Bratislava
Day 05: Budapest
- Take a train from Bratislava to Budapest (2.5 hours).
- Spend the day exploring Budapest, the stunning capital of Hungary.
- Visit the Fisherman’s Bastion, the Matthias Church, and the Buda Castle.
- Optional: Take a relaxing soak in one of Budapest’s famous thermal baths
Day 06: Budapest
- Spend another day exploring Budapest.
- Visit the Hungarian Parliament Building, the Chain Bridge, and the St. Stephen’s Basilica.
- Optional: Take a Danube River cruise in the evening.
Day 07: Departure
After breafast take a transfer to the Airport (on your own).
