ITINERARY
Day 01: Arrival in Colombo
- Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Colombo.
- Spend the day exploring the city, visiting the Colombo National Museum, Independence Square, and Gangaramaya Temple.
- Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 02: Colombo to Kandy
- After breakfast, leave for Kandy, a city in the central highlands of Sri Lanka.
- Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in the world.
- In the evening, watch a cultural dance performance.
- Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 03: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
- After breakfast, leave for Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little England” due to its colonial architecture and cool climate.
- En route, visit a tea plantation and factory to learn about the process of tea-making.
- In the afternoon, explore the town of Nuwara Eliya and visit the Victoria Park.
- Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 04: Nuwara Eliya to Yala National Park
- After breakfast, leave for Yala National Park, one of the largest national parks in Sri Lanka known for its wildlife.
- In the afternoon, go on a jeep safari in the park to spot leopards, elephants, and other animals.
- Overnight stay near the park.
Day 05: Yala National Park to Mirissa
- After breakfast, leave for Mirissa, a coastal town in the south of Sri Lanka.
- Enjoy the day at leisure, relaxing on the beach and swimming in the ocean.
- In the evening, take a boat ride to see blue whales and dolphins.
- Overnight stay in Mirissa.
Day 06: Mirissa to Galle
- After breakfast, leave for Galle, a fortified city with a rich colonial history.
- Visit the Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore the narrow streets and boutique shops.
- In the afternoon, visit a sea turtle hatchery.
- Overnight stay in Galle.
Day 07: Departure from Colombo
- After breakfast, leave for Colombo.
- Visit the Kelaniya Raja Maha Vihara, one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in Sri Lanka.
- Transfer to the airport for departure flight.
